Eight Steps That Make It Easy to Listen to the Stomach
I ate when my stomach was empty.
I created a calm environment with no distractions.
I ate when I was sitting.
I ate when I felt relaxed.
I ate and drank only the things I enjoy.
I paid attention only to my food while eating.
I savored every bite, eating slowly so I could enjoy it and feel nourished.
I stopped when I was satisfied, but not too full.
