• The ability to place feelings and life events in the larger context of the clients healing journey
• A warm, personal presence
• Comfort and knowledge about various psychological states

In sessions, I incorporate these qualitites to create a safe, open environment
that encourages clients to explore how the past influences the present, work
through feelings, and see the possibility of new chioces.

During treatment, the client will receive

• A treatment plan we create together
• Emotional support and witnessing
• Skills-building and psychological education
• Collaboration on how to reach treatment goals
• Suggestions for outside resources
